After the successful completion of creating independent e-commerce shops for Mii and Jessica Cosmetics, the brief of this site was to remove the e-commerce functionality and keep the site simple to showcase the Gerrard International brands for new trade customers.
The new purpose of this site was to showcase the brands that they sell to potential new trade customers, reaffirm their own brand and encourage attendance for training at their school. The Trade section was being built on a separate platform and would be accessed via a prominent link on the website for customers of this service.
With the removal of the shop from the site this meant that the content needed to be re-structured, I drew up a new sitemap to work from which would aide my wireframing of the new website before starting on the visuals.
The brand itself had no creative guidelines, which meant I could suggest what I thought would aesthetically work for the brand.
